卢曼（Niklas luhmann，1927--），德国当代社会学学者，早年曾应征入伍，战后在弗菜堡大学攻读法律，取得律师资格，60年代初赴哈佛大学进行了为时一年的社会学学习，回国后开始专注于学术研究，1968年开始在比勒菲尔德大学任教，直到1993年退休。主要英文著作有：《信任与权力》、《社会分化》、《社会系统》、《现代性观察》等。
